The device is not dehumidifying very effectively
 Filter blocked by dirt – clean filter
 Obstacle in air inlet or outlet – remove blockage
 Door or window open – close the door or window and shade the sun
 Coolant leakage – contact a service department
Water leak
 Device tips over – place on a stable and horizontal surface
 Drain is blocked – remove blockage
Peculiar sounds
 Device is not stable – place it on a stable and horizontal surface
 Filter is blocked – clean filter
1. When you switch the device on or off, the circulation of the coolant can make a certain
amount of noise; this is perfectly normal.
2. The air that is emitted from the air outlet may well be warm; this is perfectly normal.
3. If you cannot resolve the issue with the above instructions, please contact your
supplier or a recognised repair company. Never open the device yourself!
Disposal
At its end of life, discard the device according to the local laws and regulations, or deliver
the device to your supplier.
