Ladeluftkühler
Demontage
/ demounting
Entleeren Sie den Niedertemperatur-Kreislauf (1).
Drain the low-temperature-circuit (1).
Demontieren Sie die Scheibwischerarme und die
Wasserkastenabdeckung.
Demount the wiper arms and the windshield wiper
cover.
Lösen Sie das Ladeluftrohr inkl. Silikon-schlauch
(2).
Dismantle the boost pipe and its silicone hose (2).
Demontieren Sie die Drosselklappe.
Remove the throttle body.
Lösen Sie sämtliche Druckanschlüsse, Sensoren,
Kabelführungen und Stecker von der OEM
Ansaugbrücke (3).
Loosen all pressure connections, sensors, cable
guides and plugs of the OEM intake manifold (3).
Lösen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben der OEM
Ansaugbrücke am Zylinderkopf und die beiden
eingekreisten Befestigungsschrauben im Bild 3.
Loosen the mounting screws of the OEM intake
manifold at the cylinder head and the two circled
mounting screws in pic 3.
Demontieren Sie den Kabelschacht (3).
Remove the wiring duct (3).
Heben Sie die OEM Ansaugbrücke etwas an und
lösen Sie die beiden Kühlwasser-anschlüsse auf
dessen Unterseite (4).
Lift the OEM intake manifold and loosen the two
water cooling connections on its bottom (4).
Entnehmen Sie nun die Ansaugbrücke.
Remove the intake manifold.
