The following three chapters 8.1 to 8.2 describe the settings of the parameters.
The edge conditions of the Basic Stepper are documented in chapter 8.3.
Capter 8.4 shows examples for the %I settings.
In chapter 8.5 the principle mode of action.
8.1

Electrode parameters

• With Basic Stepper Active: Yes the stepper mode BASIC STEPPER is fixed.
• With No. of Tip Dress the max. number of tip dress will be defined.
• Spots skipped can be assigned with 0 .
• The No. of spots are set for each step separate.

• The Actual tipp dress will be shown dynamic
• The Actual Step will be shown continuous too.
• The Total Programmed Spots are displayed dynamic.
• The actual Total Welds are written continuously
Further electrode parameters will be dynamic displayed:
• Reference current in %
• Actual Weld
• Remaining Tip dress

Program parameters

The Program parameters Step1 to Step5 in kA can be set Absolute or in
Percent..

Further Program parameters:
• Actual Heat Change show the heat increase in percent.
• The Maximum current increase will be shown in kA
• and the Maximum Heat increase is displayed in %.
