Cleaning

DANGER

► Pull out the plug of the mains adapter from the power socket before starting
to clean the device .
CAUTION
Damage to the device!
► To avoid irreparable damage to the device, ensure that no moisture can
penetrate the device during cleaning .
► Do not use caustic, abrasive or solvent­based cleaning materials .
These can damage the surfaces of the device .

Cleaning the housing

♦ Clean the surfaces of the device with a soft, dry cloth .
♦ Use a lightly moistened cloth and a mild detergent to remove stubborn dirt
residues .

Storage when not in use

♦ If you do not intend to use the device for an extended period of time,
disconnect it from the power supply, remove the batteries and store
it in a clean, dry place without exposure to direct sunlight .
