4.6 Setting up and connecting PC
4.6.1 Setting up PC

Further information on connection and installation
of the PC can be found in the enclosed operating
instructions.
1. Remove the PC and accessories from the packaging.
2. Bond 4 rubber pads (Fig. 12, Pos. 1) to the side of
the housing in the gray hatched area. The two lower
rubber pads must be affixed at least 150 mm above
the underside of the PC/laptop.

The rubber pads are included in the accessories set.

3. Move the cover panel (refer to Fig. 13, Pos. 1)
upwards. To do so slacken off the bolts, slide the
cover panel upwards as far as it will go and tighten
the bolts again.

On inserting the PC (Pos. 2) take care not to
damage the printed circuit boards or pull out or trap
any connecting cables.
4. Insert the PC (Pos. 2) in the housing of the EPS 708.
5. Move the PC up against the side panel (in arrow
direction).
