10. If the laser line is not parallel, turn the adjusting
screw until the alignment is correct.

Luminous intensity HTD 6xx

1. Position the beam setter in front of the headlamp
calibration device.
2. Align the beam setter with the headlamp calibration
device.
3. Switch on the beam setter and the headlamp
calibration device.
4. Select the "SERVICE" menu on the beam setter.
5. Select the "Calibration" menu.
6. Enter the password: Z0563Y.
7. Select the "LIGHT calibration" menu.
8. Switch on dipped beam on the headlamp calibration
device.

If the beam setter measured value does not coincide
with that of the headlamp calibration device, adjust
the value on the beam setter with the Up or Down
arrow keys.
9. Confirm the value.
10. Proceed in the same manner for the main beam as
for the dipped beam (repeat steps 7–9).
11. Select the "NEW EXPIRY DATE" menu.
12. Enter the new calibration expiry date.
13. Confirm the date.
