HDMI OUT
The device is equipped with a high-definition multimedia interface
(HDMI) . HDMI is a high-speed digital interface, which transmits both
non-compressed and high-definition video signals. All types of video
signal can therefore be transmitted via this output . Sound, even
in multi-channel mode, is also transmitted together with the video
signals via the HDMI output . You therefore need no additional audio
connection between the device and an HD television to transmit the
sound . The HDMI output provides the best quality of transmission .
Insert one end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI socket on the

device as illustrated .
Insert the other end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI socket of

the HD television as illustrated .
NOTE
► The HDMI cable is an optional accessory and not supplied as
standard .
