Using the Wheel Assy
1. Press the wheel Assy in the grass
shear and hedge trimmer until it
locks audible. On both sides of the
housing you will find two notches.
Make sure the wheel Assy locks in
these notches.
2. Use the wheel Assy when trimming
grass over the ground. Hold the handle of the grass shear and
hedge trimmer firmly in your hand and do not force the grass shear
and hedge trimmer while trimming.
3. To remove the wheel Assy, hold the handle of the grass shear and
hedge trimmer firmly in one hand and jerky pull the wheel Assy out
of the unit.
Using the Telescopic Rod
1. To extend the telescopic rod, turn the locking nut (6) counter
clockwise and pull the handle out of the rod. For fastening the rod,
turn the locking nut (6) clockwise.
2. Insert the telescopic rod into the provided connection on the wheel
Assy and adjust the desired height. The telescopic rod fits at an arc
radius of 360° into 8 different positions in the grass shear and
hedge trimmer. When inserting the telescopic rod (10) make sure to
push the rod as far as it will go, so the small pin (D), situated close
to the release button (9), will completely disappear in the wheel
Assy connection (8). The rod has to lock audibly.
