«This product is in compliance with EU Directive 2002/96/EC. The crossed-out bin
symbol on the appliance indicates that at its end of life the product must be treated
separately from domestic waste. It must be disposed of at a separate waste collection
site for electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) or returned to a vendor at the
purchase of a new equivalent appliance. The user is responsible for the disposal of end-of-life
equipment at suitable collection facilities. The proper separate collection of waste facilitates its
subsequent recycling, treatment and environmentally compatible disposal. This strategy is
conducive to the avoidance of possible negative effects on the environment and health and

1. CAUTIONS
After unpacking the appliance, check that it is undamaged and that no parts are missing,
all packaging (es. plastic bags, polystyrene foam etc.) should be kept out of the reach
of children as it could be dangerous.
Respect Nature, do not disperse the packaging.
Should the socket and the plug of the appliance be incompatible, the socket must be
replaced by a skilled electrician, who must check also if the wiring will resist the
appliance input.
Adaptors, multiple sockets and extensions leads should generally not be used, however, if
necessary, only use single or multiple adaptors and extension leads which comply with current
safety standards.
Make sure not to exceed the current rating limit marked on single adaptors and extension
leads, or the maximum power limit marked on multiple adaptors.
CAUTION
Before connecting check that the supply voltage details marked on the appliance agree with
those of the electricity supply.
The label is situated on the back of the sterilizer.
This appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it has been designed, any other
use must be considered improper and therefore dangerous, the manufacturer cannot be held
responsible for any injuries or damage resulting from improper use.
