Place of installation: clean and freeze-proof; do not place in direct sunlight!
Input of the condensate: the condensate can be fed with or without pressure.

Start-up: unscrew the lid, fill the devise with clean water until water runs out of
water outlet. Press down the activated coal-filter. The inlet has to be open. Screw
the lid back. The device is now ready for operation!
Condensate flow rate: depending on the type of compressor and the type of
compressor oil used (see "Technical data" and "Technical information").
Operation:
ACR 10: the condensate runs out of the expansion-type cloud chamber onto the
coalescence filter. This PP fibrous filter causes little oil drops to coalesce to bigger
ones and be absorbed by the fibrous material. The residual oil drops are bound in
the following activated carbon filter. The de-oiled condensate is discharged from
the water outlet.
ACR 20 -30 - 50: in the main chambers, which are accessible after the removal of
the lid, there is a moveable 90° elbow for the oil output. Depending on the density
of the oil, an oilfilm of different thickness builds up. The heavier the oil, the more
the tab has to be bent sideways, but only so far that no water will run out of the
outlet. This adjustment can only be done after a certain time of operation, as the
oilfilm takes time to build up.
Waste oil: the waste oil flows out through a tube to which an oil drain hose will be
connected, leading to an oil-container.
Discharging clean condensate: the condensate flows out through a tube. The
water drain hose must be connected with down slope to the sewage system.
Checking: the discharging condensate has to be checked regularly and the
activated charcoal filter has to be exchanged in due time to ensure a perfect
function of the equipment (see "Test and service").
Activated charcoal filter: for our filter we use a special type of activated charcoal
having a particularly large surface and which is particularly well suited for the de-
oiling of the water. The high purification level is only warrented when using this
type of charcoal.
