NeoFlow pressure reducing valve
8.3

Flow chart B

Outlet pressure too low or too high.
Outlet pressure too high
Ratio of inlet and
outlet pressure
P1/P2 greater
than 4?
No
Turn the adjustment screw on
the pilot valve counterclockwise
and try to achieve the desired
outlet pressure (see chapter
„Setting outlet pressure P2")
Is the outlet pres-
sure P2 stable?
Yes
(set point +/- 0.1
Problem fixed
Turn speed control (SV)
anti-clockwise to the next
position and wait 30 se-

sure stable? (set

point +/- 0.1 bar)
Problem fixed
Network problems
REASONS:
- Valve piston blocked
- Casing body seal leaking
MEASURES:
-Insulate control chamber: Close CV at
approx. 4 bar pressure in the control cham-
ber. Isolate NeoFlow pressure reducing
valve (close shut-off valve on inlet side).
Release pressure at the control block sea-
ling plug opening
- Uninstall NeoFlow pressure reducing valve
and check for damage
Address your GF Piping Systems contact partner if occurring errors cannot be fixed.

Yes
Turn the adjustment screw on

to achieve the desired outlet
pressure (see chapter „Setting
outlet pressure P2")
REASONS:
- Control system blocked
- Flow rate is outside the functional
range of the valve
MEASURES:
- Service control system, see chapter
"Service control system"
- Verify sizing of NeoFlow pressure
reducing valve
REASONS:
- Blockage in the pilot valve
- Leakage in the seal of the
valve piston
MEASURES:
- Clean control block filter
- Maintenance of the control
system
- Maintenance of the valve body
