You can hear the sound of "water flowing" in the refrigerator.
This is normal. It is caused by the flow of refrigerant.
When the refrigerator starts, the sound is loud.
1. Check whether the refrigerator is placed on a flat horizontal surface for use.
2. Check the surrounding objects for vibra�on.
3. At the moment of star�ng the compressor, when the motor runs from sta�c to high speed, the
sound will be a li�le louder. A�er the speed is stable, the sound will decrease , which is a normal
phenomenon.
There are water drops around the shell or door seal.
It is normal for moisture in humid air to liquefy and condense into water droplets when it comes
into contact with a lower temperature shell.
