1. INTENDED USE
The battery tester is used to check the charging state of
12 V vehicle batteries (lead-acid batteries) and to check
the alternator.
This device is not designed to be used by children and
people with limited mental capacities or those without
experience and/or knowledge. Children mus t be super-
vised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
The device is not designated for commercial use.
Any other use or modi cation to the device is conside-
red improper usage and brings considerable risks with
it. EAL GmbH accepts no liability for damages caused as
a result of improper use.

4. SAFETY NOTES
• Keep children away and do not permit
children to use this device!
• Only use this product for the intended use!
• Do not manipulate or disassemble the
device!
• For your own safety, only use accessories or
replacement parts speci ed in the
instructions or that the manufacturer has
recommended!
• Always wear goggles and protective gloves
when handling lead-acid batteries.
• Avoid naked ames and do not smoke in the
immediate vicinity of lead-acid batteries.
• Never touch moving parts when the motor
is running.
• Only used the xed connected measuring
cables for measurements and make sure that
the insulation is undamaged prior to each
use.
