MALFUNCTIONS AND SOLUTIONS

The following cases are not always a fault. See the possible solutions
before asking for service.
PROBLEM
The appliance
does not start
when the power
button is touched
or the ON/OFF
button of the
remote control is
pressed.
The appliance
makes a noise.
USER MANUAL
CAUSE
The appliance is
not powered.
A fuse has blown
in the meter
cabinet.
The surface
on which the
appliance is
placed is not firm,
flat or horizontal.
SOLUTION
1. Check that the plug is
in the socket and that
the cable or plug is not
damaged.
2. Check that the RCD is
switched on.
3. Check that there is no
power failure.
Unplug the appliance
and check the fuses in
the meter cabinet. If the
problem persists, contact
customer service (see
Foreword for contact
details).
Move the appliance to a
place with a firm, flat and
horizontal surface.
