TROUBLESHOOTING
Do not use the appliance, when damaged. First go through the following check-list:
1. The fuse blows: → check the fuse
2. The oil gives off smoke or boils over:
a. The oil/frying fat is old or degraded
b. The chosen temperature is too high
3. The fried food is too greasy:
a. The oil/frying fat is old or degraded
b. The chosen temperature is too low
If you still haven't repaired the defect, please call your sale point. If the supply cord is damaged immediately bring
your deep fryer/fondue to your outlet store.
THE APPLIANCE HAS BEEN DEVELOPED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE. WHEN USING IT FOR PROFESSIONAL
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED DUE TO INCORRECT USE WILL CANCEL THE WARRANTY.

6. WARRANTY TERMS

The legal warranty is valid from the date of purchase. The proof of purchase determines the date of purchase. The
duration and conditions of the warranty depend on the national legislation of the country of purchase. If you have a
defective appliance, contact your seller with your proof of purchase.
The user is responsible for cleaning and proper packaging of the defective appliance before presenting it for repair.
It is insufficient to wrap the device in cardboard packaging with paper. Fritel is not liable for damage resulting from
insufficient packaging, which also irrevocably invalidates the warranty.
▪ The warranty covers every repair and / or replacement free of charge of the parts recognized defective by our
technical department and for which the defects are caused by material-, construction- or production defects.
▪ The warranty is only valid for the original user.
▪ Carriage both ways is for the purchaser's account.
▪ The warranty only applies after submitting the purchasing invoice.
▪ The warranty cannot be invoked for normal wear and tear.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
▪ Incorrect connection, e.g. electric voltages.
▪ Abnormal use, misuse handling or professional use.
▪ Lack of care or improper care.
▪ Normal wear and tear.
▪ Modifications or repairs made to the appliance by persons not authorized by us as manufacturer.
▪ When reference numbers are altered or removed.
▪ When the instructions in this user manual are not followed.
For appliances that are not under warranty for any of the above reasons, all costs (transport, administration,
research, handling) will be charged.
The commercial warranty is determined by the warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer after registration.
The most recent version of the detailed legal warranty conditions, as well as the detailed commercial warranty
conditions can always be consulted on www.fritel.com.
