About this manual
Read this maintenance manual carefully before starting any
maintenance work and follow the instructions! Also observe the
instructions in the separate installation and operating manual and
service manual provided.
Always pass on the manual to the current system owner and keep it
in a safe place for future reference!
Illustrations in this manual serve for a basic understanding and may
differ from the actual system configuration.
This manual is protected by copyright. Copyright lies with the manu-
facturer.
Target group
This manual is intended for plumbing specialists and the system
owner. Maintenance of the system may only be carried out by
plumbing specialists who have been additionally trained in the field
of electrical installation.

The manufacturer assumes no warranty or liability in the event of:
Failure to observe the instructions in this manual.
Incorrect installation and/or operation.
Unauthorised modification of the product.
Other improper methods of operation.

Information on maintenance
8 Regular maintenance of the system is necessary in order to
9 maintain the safety and functionality of the system. Give priority,
10 however, to national and regional standards and regulations on
11 plumbing installation and maintenance.

13 Malfunctions due to a lack of or incorrect maintenance are not
covered by the warranty. You can also have the commissio-
ning and maintenance of the system carried out by Kemper, on
request.
Maintenance intervals
The cold water chiller must be serviced 1x a year according to
the manufacturer's instructions. Observe also the requirements
stipulated in DIN EN 806-5.
Safety instructions
Be sure to read and follow the safety instructions in this manual.
Failure to follow the safety instructions can result in injury or
even death and in damage to property.
Safety instructions are identified by symbols. The safety instruc-
tions are introduced by signal words that express the extent of
the hazard.
The following safety instructions are used in this manual:
Danger! Danger of fatal electric shock!
Indicates hazards that might result in severe or fatal
injury.
Warning!
Indicates hazards
that may result in injury, material damage or contami-
nation of the drinking water.
Note!
Indicates hazards that may result in damage to the
system or malfunctions.
Info
Indicates additional information and tips.
Obligations of the system owner
The system owner is the person who employs the cold water
cooler commercially. The system owner must ensure the safe
operation and proper condition of the system.
