Changing accessories
1. Make sure that the machine is switched off before you switch over.
2. While holding down the spindle lock button, gently turn the collet nut until the
spindle lock button is fully engaged. Never press the spindle lock button while
the tool is rotating.
3. Always choose the correct size of collet when fitting accessories. Make sure
all parts are fully inserted to reduce the risk of twisting an accessory and to
prevent excessive vibration.
4. Insert the accessory rod into the collet. Press the spindle lock button down and
tighten the screw nut slightly anti-clockwise.
Inserting the deburring disc
1. Insert the mandrel equipped with a small screw into the collet as mentioned
above and make sure that the screw nut is tightened, and the collet is securely
fixed.
2. Loosen and remove the screw at the top of the mandrel. Attach the
accessories to the top of the mandrel, then replace and tighten the removed
screw.
