Troubleshooting

If your GPS navigator is not working properly, please, consult the table below.
Problem
Cannot turn the navigator on
The device turns off suddenly
Cannot see the display clearly
No response when tapping a button
No sound
Cannot connect to the computer
The map data is lost
No signal
Cause
No charge left
Low battery
The backlight is not bright enough
The backlight has been turned off
The touch screen is not calibrated
The volume is too low
The earphones are not connected
properly
The USB cable is not connected properly
The signal is weak

Solution
Charge the battery
Charge the battery
Adjust the backlight
Tap the display - the screen will turn
bright again
Calibrate the touch screen
Increase the volume
Connect the earphones
Connect the USB cable
Contact your distributor
The device needs more than 3 minutes
to receive the signal
