Do not pour fragrances, vinegar, starch, descalers, ironing products or other
chemical products in the tank (2).
Fill the water tank before use and as soon as the "water tank empty'" light flashes.
1. Using the funnel (15), pour water in the tank (2) until you reach the "MAX" indication
on the tank itself (max 1,7l) (Figure "D").
Do not exceed the MAX level indicated on the tank.
To fill the tank (2) use tap water.
In the case water is particularly hard, to mix it with the same amount of
distilled water is advised.
2. Insert the water tank (2) in its specific slot and push it forward until it is locked
(Figure "E").
"Water tank empty" light (17)
When the water tank is almost empty the "water tank empty" light (17) turns on.
Fill the tank as previously described.
1. Place the appliance body (1) on a stable and even surface.
2. Fill the water tank (2) with water (see the "FILLING THE TANK" section).
Connect the power cord plug to the power outlet, firstly making sure that
the mains power corresponds to the one indicated on the appliance data
label
3. Press the ON/OFF switch (16) to switch the steam generator on (Figure "F"). The
light (10) starts to flash, indicating that the steam generator is heating up (this
takes approx. 2 minutes
When the light (10) lights up steady, the steam generator is ready for use
4. Move the lever (5) as illustrated (Figure "G") to unlock the iron (8) and remove it
from the support (3).
Place the iron on the garment to iron.
