1 Beyond the warranty period.
2 Any failure to use, maintain or repair the product in accordance with the
requirements of the user manual, resulting in damage and dirty appear-
ance.
3 Any damage caused by the disassembly by non-Aurasound authorized
repairers.
4 Any water inlet, scratches, accidental drop or other accidents not caused
by Aurasound.

1.Earphone bluetooth cannot be searched or lost connection
( 1 ) Put the earphones into the charging case, close the cover, wait for 8
seconds, and open again to pair.
(2) Re-searching the device Bluetooth.
2.Can't control the maximum volume of earphone
( 1 ) Open the "setting" in your phone/computer.
(2) Find the setting of "Maximum Volume Control".
( 3 ) Turn off "Reduce Maximum Volume of other device".
3.The earphone cannot be charged
( 1 ) Check whether the charging case is powered.
(2) Make sure the charging area of earphone's placement is clean.
(3) The wired rated input of the charging case is 5V

or fast charger to charge the charging case.
4.How to reset earphones ？
Turn on the earphones,long press the smart touch area for 8 seconds.
After hearing the prompt tone "Power off", long press the smart touch
area again. After hearing "Beep", put the earphones into the charging
case and cover the case, wait for about 5 seconds to take it out, and then
pair with the new device.
The volume shall not be too high in daily use, otherwise it is easy to damage your hear-
ing.Kindly suggest:take off your earphone after using 1hr for rest.
