b) Recording a percussion accompaniment pattern (Program)
Pressing the Program button (11) switches to the recording mode of a
percussion accompaniment pattern.
Here you can create your own drum rhythm that will be played back as a
loop.
In Program mode, the instrument automatically switches to the Drum Kit
setting.
Press the playback button (12) during recording to play back the recorded
data. The recorded rhythm data will now be played back repeatedly.
You can stop playback by pressing the Play-Pause button (09). Press the
Playback button (12) to restart playback.
Pressing Program (11) again clears the memory and returns you to the
recording mode of a percussion accompaniment pattern.
11) Demo songs
After pressing Demo (13) the playback of the demo songs starts. Pressing
the Demo button several times takes you to the next song in each case. The
selected song is automatically played repeatedly.
Press the Start-Pause button (09) to stop the demo playback.
12) Learning function
Press the tutorial button (14) to switch to the learning function. Now you can
easily play the melody of the demo songs yourself. All you have to do is enter
the rhythmically correct position of the melody note. The pitch of the struck
keyboard key does not play a role here. The instrument plays the correct
melody tone even if the wrong note is entered. Press the Tutorial button (14)
several times to scroll through the demo/tutorial songs. Press the start-
pause button (09) to stop the tutorial playback.
13) Effects
1. Sustain: The Sustain button (21) extends the decay of the piano sound.
Some other sounds of the Roll Piano also support the Sustain mode.
Press the Sustain-button again to end the effect.
Sustain can alternatively be activated/deactivated via the pedal connection
(28), by pressing/releasing the supplied pedal.
Vibrato: The Vibrato button (22) adds a vibrato effect to the sound.
Press the button again to stop the effect.
