2. General operation

1) Power switch
By pressing the Power switch (30), you activate or deactivate the roll-up
piano.
2) Master volume control
Pressing the Volume- or Volume+ button (02/03) decreases or increases the
volume.
3) Selecting the timbre
Press Tone+ or Tone- (05/06) to select the desired tone.
4) Piano button
Press the piano button (16) to go directly to the main piano sound. Press
the piano button again to exit this mode.
5) Drum Kit
Press the Drum Kit button (18) to use the roll-up piano as a rhythm
instrument. Each key on the keyboard is now assigned a percussion sound.
Press the Drum-Kit button again to exit this mode.
6) Rhythm selection
Press Rhythm+ or Rhythm- (07/08) to select a rhythm. You start or stop the
rhythm with the play-pause button (09).
7) Playing with rhythm accompaniment
Press Play-Pause (09) to play the rhythm, and again to pause the rhythm.
When a rhythm is playing, press Insert (15) to insert a short interlude (fill-in)
into the rhythm.
You can also underlay the rhythm playback with a simplified chord
accompaniment. There are two ways to specify the chords (major chords
only).
