be performed by qualified authorised staff.

Switch the engine off and remove the socket plug
before any work on the engine. Wait until all rotating
parts have stopped and the appliance has cooled
down.
Keep the blade protection device on, except when interve-
ning directly on the blade.
Keep hands away from all cutting edges and moving parts.
Fingers can be pulled into cutting carriage and be cut or
crushed.
For safety reasons, only have the cutting blade sharpened,
balanced and mounted by a specialist workshop.
Keep the device, in particular the air vents, clean at all
times. Never spray water on the device body! Never clean
the machine and its components with solvents, flammable
