1. The warranty is not transferable.
2. If your complaint is justified, you will receive the spare parts or repairs free of charge for a period of 24
months from delivery. The supplier is your specialist dealer.
3. The warranty for the kebab knife or individual parts expires if:
■
Someone maintains and cares for the kebab knife differently from what we specified
■
Parts are mounted on the kebab knife that are not original or that have not been approved by the
manufacturer
■
someone uses the kebab knife improperly or deliberately damages it
Excluded from the warranty
The warranty and any general product liability expire if
■ the operating instructions are not followed
■ Repairs and maintenance are carried out improperly
■ Technical changes and additions to the kebab knife are made
The following are also excluded from the warranty:
■ Damage caused by misuse, overloading or overuse
■ Damage caused by cleaning agents
■ Defective parts due to willful damage, breakage e.g. B. by case
Wearing parts are also excluded from the warranty.
NOTE
All defects in the Uyar kebab knife are covered by the warranty, provided
that these defects can be proven to be due to material or manufacturing
defects.
