Access to Terminals
Unscrew the 1 off M3 screw (2.5mm A/F hexagon key) holding the glass cover in place. Lift glass cover
away from the main cover to expose the main cover screws. Unscrew the 4 off M4 cover screws (3.0mm A/F
hexagon key) and remove the cover. Keep all components and fixings in a safe, accessible place.
Gently remove the cover assembly from the base of the enclosure. The terminal block is fixed to the underside
of the main cover.
Once termination is complete, carefully replace the cover assembly back onto the base avoiding damage to
the mating surfaces. Ensure that the wires are not trapped between the mating surfaces and that the o-ring is
correctly seated in its groove. Ensure the wires are clear of the micro switch actuator and operating
mechanism. Tighten the 4 off M4 screws (3.0mm A/F hexagon key) evenly. Check that the glass element is
seated correctly in the cover, and then replace the glass cover, securing it with the 1 off M3 screw (2.5mm
A/F hexagon key).
Following termination, it is recommended that the unit is tested as per the procedure below to ensure correct
operation.

The following wiring diagrams are the standard configuration unless otherwise requested when the unit is
ordered. For configurations other than those shown below, please refer to the separate wiring diagram
supplied with the unit.
Note: All wiring diagrams are shown with the glass element intact.
