NEMA/IP rating of the unit is maintained. If the unit requires cleaning, then only clean exterior with a damp cloth to avoid electro-static charge build If a unit fault should occur, then the unit can be repaired by MEDC. All parts of the unit are replaceable. If you acquired a significant quantity of units, then it is recommended that spares are also made available. -

Les terminaisons de câble doivent être conformes aux exigences spécifiques de l'application requise. MEDC recommande que tous les câbles et conducteurs soient correctement identifiés. Merci de se reporter au schéma de câblage fourni dans ce manuel (ou au schéma spécifique fourni avec l'unité). - Seite 9 MEDC recommande l'utilisation de vis en acier inoxydable. Accès aux bornes Dévisser la vis M3 (à l'aide d'une clé hexagonale/à 6 pans de 2,5 mm) qui maintient le couvercle en verre en place. Démonter, en le soulevant, le couvercle en verre du couvercle principal pour exposer les vis qui maintiennent ce dernier.
- Seite 10 REMARQUE : MEDC NE recommande PAS de forcer la clé sur plus de 100° dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre ou 0° dans le sens inverse, car cela peut causer la défaillance prématurée de la came de test.

Si l'unité doit être nettoyée, ne nettoyer que l'extérieur avec un chiffon humide pour éviter l'accumulation d'une charge électrostatique. Dans l'éventualité d'une défaillance de l'unité, MEDC peut la réparer. Toutes les pièces de l'unité peuvent être remplacées. Dans le cas de l'acquisition d'une quantité importante d'unités, il est recommandé de prévoir également des pièces détachées. -

Lorsque l’unité est fabriquée ou enduite en un matériau non conducteur, prendre les précautions nécessaires pour éviter l’accumulation de charges électrostatiques. Der Kabelabschluss muss gemäß den technischen Daten, die für die vorgesehene Verwendung gelten, durchgeführt werden. MEDC empfiehlt, alle Kabel und Pole korrekt zu kennzeichnen. Siehe Schaltplan in dieser Bedienungsanleitung (bzw. den dem Gerät beigefügten, separaten Schaltplan). viii. Achten Sie darauf, dass nur die korrekten gelisteten oder zugelassenen Kabeldurchführungen verwendet werden und dass die Baugruppe ummantelt und korrekt geerdet ist. - Seite 14 Diese wurden für M4-Schrauben oder Bolzen konzipiert. Hinweis: Der Deckel muss entfernt werden, damit die Befestigungsbohrungen des Geräts zugänglich werden. MEDC empfiehlt die Verwendung von Edelstahlschrauben. Zugang zu den Anschlüssen Lösen Sie die 1 stromlose M3-Schraube (Sechskantschraubenschlüssel mit 2,5 mm Schraubenweite), mit der die Glasabdeckungsbaugruppe befestigt ist.

Uhrzeigersinn. Dadurch wird ein Bruch des Glaselements simuliert. Stellen Sie das Gerät durch Drehen des Schlüssels gegen den Uhrzeigersinn in die ursprüngliche Position zurück. HINWEIS: MEDC empfiehlt, den Testschlüssel NICHT WEITER als 100° nach rechts oder 0° nach links zu drehen, da dies zu einem vorzeitigen Versagen des Testnockens führen kann. -
Seite 17: Sonderbedingungen Für Sicheren Einsatz
Wenn das Gerät gereinigt werden muss, darf nur die Außenseite mit einem feuchten Tuch abgewischt werden, um eine elektrostatische Aufladung zu vermeiden. Sollte ein Gerätefehler auftreten, kann das Gerät durch MEDC repariert werden. Alle Geräteteile sind austauschbar.
