Solution
Clean the coffee grinder according to this guide
Unplug the coffee machine, remove foreign objects from
the grinder, clean it with a dry cloth
Contact the service center

Adjust the coffee grinder to a coarser grind
Press the «Hot water» button in the coffee machine menu
first before making coffee
Adjust the coffee grinder settings to increase the grinding
degree
Replace the coffee beans with well-dried ones
Check the brewing unit and reinsert it in accordance with
this guide
Descale the coffee machine in accordance with this guide
Fully clean the milk system and milk tubes.
For best results, use whole milk
Remove the used coffee grounds container and thorough-
ly clean all corners of the container area with the soft brush
supplied with the unit, and clean all outer corners of the
container with a dry cloth

Fill the tank with clean water and place it in the slot behind
the left door of the coffee machine, press until it clicks

the following actions: 1) Remove the water tank from the
coffee machine slot; 2) Remove the sticker from the water
level sensor reset button, located in the corner of the water
tank slot; 3) Press the button (22) for more than 6 seconds;
4) Unplug the coffee machine; 5) Plug the coffee machine
in and wait 10 seconds; 6) Fill the water tank and place it in
the slot behind the left door of the coffee machine, press
on it until bumping
