Heavy duty work gloves should be
worn for the saw blade handling.
Wear a face and dust mask when
working in a dusty environment.
Do NOT stop the saw blade by
forcing the machine or by using
sideways pressure.
The material to be cut must be held
firmly in the vise so it can not
move during the cutting operation.
Never cut pieces that are too small.
Support long workpieces with helping
roller stands.
Large, circular or irregular shaped
material may require additional
means of clamping. Use C-clamps
and blocks to hold material securely.
Allow movement of the waste portion
of the workpiece.
Do not hold it, clamp it or use a length
stop against it.
It could become wedged against the
disc causing a hazard.
Never place your hand near the
cutting area while machine is in
operation.
Do not perform any operation
freehand.
Do not cut more than one workpiece
at a time.
For safety reasons this machine
requires the use of two hands and
should not be operated standing on a
staircase or leather.
Allow the saw blade to come to a
complete standstill before using the
saw again or making adjustments.
Do not touch the cut material until
it cools or you will be burned!
Make sure that the motor ventilation
holes are clean and open.
Install the machine so that there is
sufficient space for safe operation
and workpiece handling.
Keep work area well lighted.
The machine is designed to operate
in closed rooms and must be placed
stable on firm and levelled ground.
Make sure that the power cord does
not impede work and cause people to
trip.
Keep the floor around the machine
clean and free of scrap material, oil
and grease.
Stay alert!
Give your work undivided attention.
Use common sense.
Keep an ergonomic body position.
Maintain a balanced stance at all
times.

the influence of drugs, alcohol or any
medication. Be aware that medication
can change your behaviour.
Keep children and visitors a safe
distance from the work area.
Do not allow anyone to stand behind
the machine or close to the workpiece
where debris can be thrown.
Allow the saw blade to reach full
speed before cutting.
Flying sparks will occur when cutting.
They can cause injury and ignite
flammable materials.
Never reach into the machine while it
is operating or running down.
Never leave a running machine
unattended.
Before you leave the workplace
switch off the machine.
Do not operate the electric tool near
inflammable liquids or gases.
Normal brushfire might ignite.
Observe the fire fighting and fire alert
options, for example the fire

Do not use the machine in a dump
environment and do not expose it to
rain.
Specifications regarding the
maximum or minimum size of the
workpiece must be observed.
Do not force the power tool.
It will do a better and safer job and
give you much better service if it is
used at the rate for which it was
designed.
Do not remove chips and workpiece
parts until the machine is at a
complete standstill.
Never stand on the machine.
Make sure the tool operates properly.
Periodically check screws and bolts
for tightness.
