MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

Regular cleaning will improve the safety
and extend the service life of the saw.
Let the saw cool down before attempt-
ing any maintenance.
Before each use make sure that no tool
components are missing. Carefully
inspect the condition of the blades.
Wipe the saw with a dry cloth or blow it
down with compressed air on the low
setting.
Clean the blades carefully after every
use. Wipe the blades with a cloth with
oil or use some spray-on metal lubri-
cant.
Blunt, bent, or damaged blades must be
replaced. Use only original replacement
parts.
