PROBLEM
The Light does
not automatically
switch on when
there is movement
in the detection
area.

6.Product Application

POSSIBLE CAUSE
a. No mains voltage.
b. Surrounded by objects with reflective
surfaces such as mirrors, smooth walls,
water or other external lighting, the PIR
sensor receives those reflected lights
from surface and mistaken as that it is
day light and lighting is unnecessary
then not activated.
Make sure which mode
you are planning for.
Dirty lens on the motion sensor.
a. The Neutral and Live wires are
reversed.
b. The switch indicator light is live or
wet.
The lamp's holding time
is about 60s. (not adjustable)
If the problem remains after
taking the above measures.

Front Door, Hallway, Stair, Porch, Garage, Cabinet, Closet,
Cloakroom, Balcony, Basement, Warehouse, Wine Cellar, etc.

P.S.: Do not let the lights contact water directly . This
light is damp-rated but not waterproof.
Check all connections,
and Fuses/switches.
Reconnect the wires accurately.
Change another switch.
Check the actual lighting time,
service.

Try to permanently reduce
the reflective surface next
to the light, or reduce other
external lighting (if any).
Night mode:
Automatic on at Night;
Day & Night mode:
Automatic on all day.
Clean the lens with a soft cloth
soaked in water, do not scratch
the lens when wiping it.
