DRILLING YOUR POCKET HOLES
Attach the included connector to your drill chuck. This

will allow you to easily change between the drill bit and
driver bit. Attach the drill bit to the connector by pulling
back on the red part of the connector and sliding the bit
into the hex socket (see img. 1). Once the bit is all the way
in, release the red part to ensure the bit locks into place.
Insert the drill bit half way into the drill guide bushing

and then turn your drill on at full speed (min. 2,000 RPM),
pulling/pushing the drill bit in and out to clear the wood
chips. The stop collar needs to make contact with the rim
of the drill guide bushing to ensure you have met your
proper depth. Back the drill bit out and let the bit stop
spinning.
WARNING: DRILL AND DRILL BIT NEED TO BE AT FULL
SPEED BEFORE CONTACTING WITH THE WOOD SURFACE.
AVOID DRILLING THROUGH KNOTS.
SAFETY WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRILL WHEN
HOLDING THE JIG IN YOUR HAND. THE TOOL MUST
ALWAYS BE SECURED TO YOUR WORK PIECE, SUPPORT
BOARD, AND/OR WORKBENCH WHEN DRILLING. FAILURE
TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE
TO THE PRODUCT.
Repeat until all holes have been drilled.

Fixez le connector inclus sur votre mandrin. Cela

la mèche. Fixez la mèche sur le connector en tirant vers
l'arrière sur la partie rouge du connector et en glissant
la mèche dans la douille hexagonale (voir l'image 1). Une
fois que le foret est entièrement inséré, relâchez la partie
rouge pour vous assurer que le foret est verrouillé.
Insérez la mèche à mi-chemin dans la bague de la

perceuse, puis mettez votre perceuse-visseuse à pleine
vitesse (min. 2 000 TR/MIN), en tirant/poussant le foret
pour dégager les copeaux de bois. Le collier d'arrêt doit
entrer en contact avec le bord du canon de perçage pour
garantir que vous avez atteint la profondeur adéquate.
Retirez le foret et attendez que la mèche arrête de tourner.

Répétez jusqu'à ce que tous les trous aient été forés.

CÓMO PERFORAR AGUJEROS DE
BOLSILLO
Fije el connector provisto al portabrocas, lo que

permitirá que cambie con facilidad las brocas para
taladrar y las puntas para atornillar. Para connector la
broca perforadora con el conector, tire de la parte roja del
connector y deslice la broca por el casquillo hexagonal
(ver imagen 1). Una vez que haya pasado toda la broca,
libere la parte roja para asegurarse de que la broca quede
trabada en su lugar.
Inserte la mitad de la broca perforadora en el cojinete

para taladro y luego enciéndala a máxima velocidad (mín.
2,000 RPM), empuje la broca perforadora hacia adentro
y tírela hacia afuera para eliminar las astillas de madera).
El collar de tope debe hacer contacto con el borde del
cojinete del taladro para asegurar que ha llegado a la
profundidad adecuada. Lleve la broca perforadora hacia
atrás y permita que deje de girar.
ADVERTENCIA: EL TALADRO Y LA BROCA DEBEN ESTAR
A TODA VELOCIDAD ANTES DE ENTRAR EN CONTACTO
CON LA SUPERFICIE DE LA MADERA. EVITAR PERFORAR
A TRAVÉS DE LOS NUDOS.

BOHREN DER TASCHENLÖCHER
Damit Sie ohne Werkzeugwechsel vom Bohren

zum Schrauben übergehen können, verbinden Sie den
Connector mit Ihrer (Akku) Bohrmaschine. Stecken Sie
jetzt den Stufenbohrer in den Connector, nachdem Sie die
rote Hülse zurückgezogen haben (siehe Abb. 1). Lassen Sie
die Hülse dann los, damit der Bohrer arretiert wird.
Stecken Sie den Stufenbohrer ca. bis zur Mitte

in die erste Bohrbuchse und schalten erst dann die
Bohrmaschine ein. Bohren Sie bei höchster Drehzahl
(mind. 2.000 UPM) bis der Tiefenstopp anschlägt, wobei
Sie den Bohrer öfter vor- und zurückbewegen, damit die
Bohrspäne aus dem PocketJig200 austreten können.
ACHTUNG: IHRE BOHRMASCHINE MUSS AUF HÖCHSTER
DREHZAHL IN DER BOHRBUCHSE LAUFEN, EHE DER
BOHRER DAS HOLZ BERÜHRT. VERMEIDEN SIE ES, IN
ASTKNOTEN ZU BOHREN.
SICHERHEITSHINWEIS: BOHREN SIE NICHT, WENN SIE
DAS GERÄT IN DEN HÄNDEN HALTEN. ES MUSS IMMER
FESTGESPANNT SEIN. NICHTBEACHTEN DIESER REGEL
KANN ZU VERLETZUNGEN ODER BESCHÄDIGUNGEN DES
GERÄTES FÜHREN.
Wiederholen Sie Schritt 2 bis alle Löcher gebohrt sind.
