AT CARUS
Fit the plastic ejector disc onto the disc mounting axle.
- (Central curvature of the ejector disc upwards, see picture).
- Push on straight and according to the shape and press on.
AT TITUS
First twist off/remove the cabbage stump borer
- with the tool supplied (open-ended spanner)
- from the mounting axle in order to insert or change the discs.
- Turn the spanner to the left (anti-clockwise).
- Fit the working discs onto the disc mounting axle.
- To do this, bring the two locating holes on the disc onto the axle pin of
the mounting (blade or friction plate point upwards = visual contact) and engage clockwise.
At CARUS: The upper edge of the disc mount is almost flush with the upper edge of the mounting
axle.
- With TITUS: Screw the cabbage stump borer back onto the mounting axle by hand. Turn clockwise.
When using a french fries creel or cube creel:
When using a french fries creel or cube creel:
- First insert the plastic ejector disc (as described above), then place the creel on the disc
holder, straight and according to the shape.
- Now insert the matching cutting disc.
To do this, bring the two openings on the disc onto the axle bolt of the holder (blades point upwards
when inserting = visual contact) and engage clockwise.
At CARUS: The upper edge of the disc mount is almost flush with the upper edge of the mounting
axle.
At TITUS: Screw the cabbage stump borer back onto the mounting axle by hand. Turn clockwise.
Close the unit cover.
