Maintenance

1. Blow out motor frequently.
2. Clean guides and lubricate slightly.
3. The guide must run smoothly. The
springs must pull back the base plate
quickly. If this is not the case, clean the
guide or send it for repair.
Carbon brushes
Only original brushes should be used as
spares. Always change carbon brushes in
pairs!
Repairs
Repairs to the grooving machine may be
carried out by the manufacturer only.
Resetting the cutting depth
Set cutting depth on grub screw using Allen
key, 2 mm.
Manufacturers and sellers shall reject a
claim on the warranty or to product lia-
bility if the condition of the biscuit joiner has
been altered in any way from the original
condition or the condition on delivery. This
also means that only genuine Lamello cutting
tools may be used.

Mantenimiento

1. Sople varias veces el motor.
2. Limpie y engrase suavemente con
aceite las guías.
3. La guía tiene que ser de marcha suave.
Los muelles tienen que hacer retroceder
rápidamente la placa base. De no ser
así, será necesario limpiar la guía o
mandar a repararla.
Escobillas de carbón
Como escobillas de recambio deben usarse
solo las escobillas de carbón originales.
¡Cambie las escobillas de carbón siempre
por pares!
Reparaciones
Las reparaciones de la fresadora de ranuras
deben ser llevadas a cabo sólo por el fabricante.
Reajustar la profundidad de fresado
Ajuste la profundidad de fresado con el pri-
sionero.
Los fabricantes y vendedores rechazan
cualquier responsabilidad y garantía del
producto si el estado de entrega o estado
original de la engalletadora se ha alterado de
algún modo. Esto también implica que solo
se pueden utilizar herramientas para fresar
Lamello originales.
