Solution
• Check if the power plug is properly
connected to an electrical outlet
• Increase the volume level
• Restore sound by pressing mute button
• Ensure that the external source has
correct volume settings and is playing
a track
• Connect the HDMI input of the soundbar
to a HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel)
terminal at the playback device
