Familiarize yourself with the product. Check that the stands are in good
order and condition and that no damaged has been sustained during tran-
sit, Familiarize yourself with the folding mechanism(1) and the extending
legs (2). When extending the centre column (3) of the jack stand in order for
it to take the load, make sure that the exact centre point of the jack stand's
saddle is located under the vehicle's jacking point. Put the centre column
(3) into the centre tube (4), set the required height and put in the locking pin
(5). Hold on tight to the centre column during lowering before you remove
the locking pin. If the centre column is not held at this point, it will fall right
through the centre tube (4), which may be dangerous (risk of injury).
• Ensure the maximum load does not exceed rated capacity.
• Refer to vehicle owner´s hand book for correct jacking procedure. Check
to ensure that manufacture´s recommended jacking points are in good
condition.
• Ensure the vehicle brakes is on ( or in parked mode) and wheels are cho-
cked.
• Ensure the stand legs are fully extended and adjust height of stand to cor-
respond with the raised vehicle.
• Check that the locking pin is correctly put right through the centre tube
and centre column and has appeared again on the other side. Then
secure the locking pin with the cotter pin to prevent it slipping out. Then
place the jack stand at the points underneath the vehicle specified by the
vehicle manufacturer.
• Carefully and slowly lower the load onto stand. Ensure the load bearing
points sit in the centre of the stand saddle and check that he stands are
stable and not leaning.
• After using the jack stand, hold on tight to the centre column (3) when you
pull out the locking pin (5). If the centre column is not held tight, it will fall
right through the centre tube, which may be dangerous (risk of injury).
WARNING! Ensure you follow all instructions carefully. DO NOT load off
centre of stands. Failure to head these warnings may cause damage,
serious injury or loss of life.
• Before each use check to ensure stands and stand welds are not
cracked. And that there are no missing and / or damaged parts.
• Clean the jack stand using a dry, soft cloth.
• Store the jack stand in a dry and clean place.
WARNING! Any stand that appears to be damaged in any way must be
removed from service immediately.
• Make sure that the locking pin, folding arms and folding mechanism are
in good condition and correct working order.
• Due to the potential hazards associated with these stands, do not misuse,
or make any modification to the stands or components.
• It is the responsibility of the stands´ owner to ensure the operator has
read these instructions together with the safety features on the side of
the stand. And that the operator is familiar with the stands use and limita-
rions
