Hold the device firmly by the handle (F) and
place the massage head (A) on the part of
your body you want to massage. Move the
device around accordingly. Use the device
a maximum of 60 seconds per region and
observe a total operation time of 10 minutes.
Power off the device by pressing the power
button (D) for ± 3 seconds.
Note! Do not use the device whilst charging.
CLEANING THE DEVICE
