7. Once the hair is heated, holding the hair taut, carefully slide the plates along the se-
lected section of hair, in one smooth movement all the way down the ends.
8. Keep the strands of hair smooth whilst you work, to avoid ridges half way down.
9. As with all straighteners that reach salon high temperatures, avoid frequent use to
minimize damage risk to your hair.
10. During use, you can adjust the temperature range in 10°C increments from 150°–
230°C until the desired temperature is reached for styling.
11. Default temperature is always at 200°C when turning on.
12. After use, press ON/OFF button for 3–5 seconds, the LCD screen will go off, indicating
that the appliance is cooling down.
13. When the Professional Hair Straightener has completely cooled, clean with a damp,
soft cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners.
Note: During first usage of the unit, smell from the heating element may appear; it is ac-
ceptable. If during operation, the "+""-" buttons are not pressed, then in about 60 minutes
the unit will switch off automatically.
CLEANING
• Pull out the plug from the socket-outlet before you clean the hair straightener.
• Let the hair straightener cool down - do not touch any hot parts.
• Wipe the cover and filter with a dry cloth.
• Do not use corrosive or abrasive agents for cleaning. Never immerse the hair straight-
ener in water or other liquid.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
By law the product must be returned to the place of purchase along with the original
receipt in the event of a complaint. The user is liable for any damage to the product that
is caused by not using the product for its intended purpose or by not following this user
manual correctly. The right of complaint will not apply in these instances.
