WARRANTY CONDITIONS / SERVICE

Claims for damages, also with regard to consequential damage, are excluded, if they are
intentional or based on gross negligence.
If the customer service is used unnecessarily or without authorization, we will charge this for our
customer services usual time and reward. Complaints are closed immediately after detection.
The buyer must prove the warranty claim by presenting the purchase receipt. This guarantee
promise is valid within the Federal Republic of Germany.
