1 Il foro deve essere eseguito con attrezzature adeguate al materiale
da perforare e perpendicolarmente alla mezzeria del tubo in
modo da evitare ovalizzazioni e/o eccentricità che potrebbero
compromettere la tenuta idraulica di Easy Clip.
Nota: Nel caso di più allacci sullo stesso tratto di tubo, rispettare
almeno 1 m di distanza l'uno dall'altro.
2 Si raccomanda di evitare scheggiature, bave e crepe sullo spigolo
interno del foro che potrebbero compromettere la tenuta idraulica
di Easy Clip.
3 Dopo l'esecuzione del foro misurare lo spessore del tubo (S).
4 Svitare la ghiera fino ad ottenere uno spazio pari allo spessore del
tubo (S) + 5 cm.
5 Lubrificare abbondantemente la filettatura della ghiera (A) e la
superficie di contatto della guarnizione con il corpo interno della
Clip (B), consigliamo l'utilizzo di un pennellino. Assicurarsi che tutta
la superficie venga lubrificata. Utilizzare il tubetto del lubrificante in
dotazione.
6 Inserire Easy Clip nel foro e accompagnare l'inserimento della
guarnizione.
7 Spingere a fondo fino ad ottenere il perfetto accoppiamento fra il
profilo del tubo e quello di Easy Clip.

1 The hole must be made using suitable equipment for the material
being drilled and in a perpendicular position to the middle point of
the pipe so as to avoid any oval and/or eccentric shaping of the
hole that could jeopardise the water tightness of Easy Clip.
Note: If there are multiple connections on the same stretch of pipe,
leave at least 1 m between them.
2 Be careful to avoid chipping, burring and making cracks on the
inside edge of the hole as this could jeopardise the water tightness
of Easy Clip.
3 After making the hole, measure the thickness of the pipe (S).
4 Unscrew the ring nut until you obtain a space equal to the thickness
of the pipe (S) + 5 cm.
5 Thoroughly lubricate the thread of the ring nut (A) and the contact
surface of the seal with the internal body of the Clip (B). We advise
using a small brush. Make sure that the whole surface is lubricated.
Use the tube of lubricant provided.
6 Insert the Easy Clip into the hole and ease the seal into the hole
as well.
7 Push it down fully so as to obtain a perfect coupling between the
profile of the pipe and that of Easy Clip.

1 Le percement doit être effectué à l'aide de matériel adapté au
support et perpendiculairement à la ligne médiane du tuyau de
sorte à éviter toute ovalisation et/ou excentricité qui pourraient
compromettre l'étanchéité à l'eau d'Easy Clip.
Remarque : Si plusieurs raccordements doivent être effectués sur le
morceau de tube, respecter une distance de 1 m au moins entre les deux.
2 Il est conseillé d'éviter les ébréchures, les bavures et les fissures sur
l'arrête intérieure du trou qui pourraient compromettre l'étanchéité
à l'eau d'Easy Clip.
3 Après avoir percé le trou, mesurer l'épaisseur du tube (S).
4 Dévisser la bague jusqu'à obtenir un espace équivalant à l'épaisseur
du tube (S) + 5 cm.
5 Bien lubrifier le filet de la bague (A) et la surface de contact du
joint avec le corps intérieur du clip (B). Il est préférable d'utiliser un
pinceau. Veiller à ce que toute la surface soit bien graissée. Utiliser le
tube de lubrifiant fourni.
6 Insérer Easy Clip dans le trou et accompagner l'introduction du joint.
7 Pousser à fond jusqu'à un assemblage parfait du profil du tube et
d'Easy Clip.
8 A l'aide de la clé fournie, tourner la bague jusqu'à obtenir la

10 Avvertenze particolari per applicazione su tubi a parete strutturata.
Per garantire le dovute prestazioni è necessario rispettare quanto
segue:
- il foro deve essere circolare, di 200 mm con tolleranza +/-1mm.
- il tubo deve essere almeno SN8.
- lo spessore di parete interna non inferiore a 2,8 mm (e).
- la superficie interna del tubo non deve presentare ondulazioni
superiori a 0,5mm (h).
Per il montaggio della Easy Clip su tubi in plastica a parete strutturata
(corrugato), si consiglia di riempire le cavità interne del tubo con una
schiuma rapida poliuretanica bicomponente (tipo Ponal Rapido
della Henkel), per evitare perdite dovute alla deformazione della
parete interna durante il serraggio.
- accompagnare l'inserimento della guarnizione nel foro.
8 Using the special tool provided, turn the ring nut until you obtain
the due level of compression of the internal seal and effective
mechanical locking of Easy Clip.
9 When fitting on concrete pipes with reinforcement rods, we strongly
advise applying insulation foam so as to avoid corrosion due to water
seepage into the subsurface. Easy Clip is already configured for
foam injection. REDI recommends using PONAL RAPIDO by Henkel.
10 Particular precautions when applying on structured wall pipes.
In order to ensure the right performance, one must comply with
the following:
- the hole must be circular with a diameter of 200 mm with a tolerance
of +/-1mm.
- the pipe must be at least SN8.
- the thickness of the internal wall must not be less than 2.8 mm (e).
- the internal surface of the pipe must not have undulations above
0.5 mm (h).
When fitting Easy Clip onto structured wall (corrugated) plastic pipes, we
advise filling the internal cavities of the pipe with a rapid polyurethane,
two-component foam (like Ponal Rapido by Henkel), to avoid leaks due
to deformation of the internal wall during tightening.

9 Sur les tubes en béton avec armature métallique, il est conseillé
d'appliquer de la mousse isolante afin d'éviter la corrosion due

l'injection de mousse. REDI conseille l'utilisation de PONAL RAPIDE
d'Henkel.
10 Avertissements particuliers pour l'application sur des tuyaux
à paroi structurée.
Pour garantir les performances du produit, respecter les consignes
suivantes :
- le trou doit être rond, mesurer 200 mm, avec une tolérance de +/- 1 mm.
- le tuyau doit être au moins SN8.
- l'épaisseur de la paroi interne ne peut pas être inférieure à 2,8 mm (e).
- la surface intérieure du tuyau ne doit pas présenter d'ondulations
de plus de 0,5 mm (h).
Pour le montage d'Easy Clip sur les tubes en plastique à paroi
structurée (ondulée), il est conseillé de remplir les cavités internes
du tuyau de mousse polyuréthane bi-composants rapide (par ex. :
Ponal Rapide d'Henkel) pour éviter les pertes dues à la déformation
de la paroi interne pendant le serrage.
