Warranty
The emmi®-dent Go has a warranty of 24 months from the
date of purchase, and a warranty of 6 months for the battery
from the date of purchase. Any defects in the material and/
or manufacturing errors that occur during this warranty term
will be resolved without any costs. Your unit will be repaired or
replaced. To the extent permitted by law, all other claims are
excluded. The warranty will not apply in case of interference or
dismounting by third parties without the prior approval of
Emmi Ultrasonic GmbH. The warranty will also be void for
products that have been damaged through improper hand-
ling or incorrect use. If under a warranty repair is granted, the
guarantee term will not be extended. For claims that are not
justified, for example, in case of installation or operating faults,
we reserve the right to claim the costs incurred for the same.
For claims under the warranty it is essential to provide the sales
receipt stating the date of the purchase. For the fast processing
of your claim, please send the complete unit including brush
head and charging dock with sufficient shipping payment to
Emmi Ultrasonic GmbH. Unfortunately, unfree shipments can-
not be accepted. Herewith we point out the legal rights of the
consumer as well as that these are not limited by the warranty.

Intended use

The products may only be used as described in the user
manuals and technical descriptions, which is for dental hygiene.
Any use of non-original parts or components is subject to the
recommendations or approval by Emmi Ultrasonic GmbH.
Any other use or which goes beyond that use is considered as
improper use. Emmi Ultrasonic GmbH accepts no liability for any
damages that may result from the non-intended use of the pro-
duct, and we assume no warranty for the error-free and correct
functioning of the components. Intended use also includes the
observation of all instructions in the user manual. The symbol
on the type plate indicates the need to consult the operating
instructions provided with the product. Trouble-free and safe
operation of the product can only be ensured if the measures
relating to proper transport, storage, assembly, installation and
careful operation and maintenance are strictly observed. The
tests according to BGV A3 must be performed according to the
prescribed intervals. During the installation of the unit, ensure
free access to the power socket on the charging dock.
Failure to use the product according to its
intended use
Improper use of the product may result in hazard for life and
limb as well as material damage. For this reason any use of
the product other than according to its intended use is strictly
prohibited. Emmi Ultrasonic GmbH accepts no liability for
any damages that may result from improper use and assumes
no warranty for the error-free and correct functioning of the
components. For the proper operation of the unit, the following
instructions must be followed:
• Only use the emmi®-dent Go for your dental cleaning
and oral hygiene with the adequate voltage as described
on the type plate (at the bottom of the charging dock)
• Do not use flammable or aggressive chemical cleansing
products or acid solutions, etc.
• If damages due to transport are detected,
do not connect the charging dock to the power supply.
• Only for indoor use at ambient temperature.
