General information
We thank you for demonstrating your
confidence in our products. We are
manufacturers of care, cleaning and recycling
systems for water-soluble fluids. Our products
are produced to very high quality standard

well as other reputable coolant and system
manufacturers.
Please read the operating instructions
provided carefully before using the
equipment!
A warranty of 12 months is issued. The
warranty expires if the device is operated
improperly, if used for a purpose other than
the intended one or if system parts are
dismantled.
One-day timer
To set the clock, turn the minute hand
clockwise. The correct time must be shown
on the read-off mark (A). Turning the white
switch (B) in a counter-clockwise direction
will switch the skimmer on and / or off.
Operate the equipment only in the
automatic mode. The riders (C) have been
set to 1 hour on / 3 hours off. (Fig. 5)
Belt installation/change
- Loosen screw A (Fig.1)
- Pull out scraper B
- Feed the belt through the upper
recess D and around the transport
roller E. Push belt C down and
through (Fig. 1).
- Loosen retaining bracket F from the
weighting roller G (Fig.1)
- Install weighting roll G and lock the
retaining bracket F in position (Fig. 1).
Hose installation/change
- Loosen screws A (Fig. 2)
- Pull scraper B down and out
- Insert hose together with scraper ring F
into scraper B (Fig. 2)
- Push the scraper from the bottom
into the skimmer (ensure that the
hose C is fed correctly through the
pressure roller D and transport roller
E (Fig. 2)).
Weekly timer
Remove the timer ring (A).
Now turn the minute hand until the recess
on the green ring agrees with that on the
blue ring. Slide the silver pin (B) on to the
blue ring. Lock the turned over time ring
(A) with one of the 7 recesses into pin (B).
For resetting please proceed in reverse
sequence. (Fig. 6)
Installation
- Install Skimmer level and secure
firmly
- Maintain distances as per Fig. 3
- Install away from or protect from any
metal chips fallout (Fig. 3)
- Rapid 3.1: Provide guides "x" (Fig. 3)
for hoses over 3m long
- Choice of installation possibilities
with our Universal bracket (Fig. 3)
