2. Function for using
»Operating the brake
(20) Push down firmly on either of the brake levers
above the rear wheels to engage the brake.
Check the brake is on by gently pushing the push-
chair. To release the brake, lift either of the brake
levers up.
»Locking the front wheel
It is recommended that the front wheels are locked
when travelling on uneven surfaces to prevent the
pushchair from shaking.
(21) To lock the wheels push the clips on each of
the front wheel joints downwards until a click is
heard. To unlock, lift the clips upwards.
»Adjusting the backrest
(22) Behind the backrest, between the handlebars,
is a release lever. Lift the lever fully upwards to
release the seat and gently push or pull into the
required position. There are four different positions
from upright to fully reclined. Once you have posi-
tioned the backrest, let go of the lever. Gently
push the backrest down to ensure it has clicked
into the nearest position.
»Rotating the handles
The handles can be rotated for your comfort.
(23) Situated below the circular release clip, on
each handlebar, is a sliding collar. Slide down-
wards and rotate the handle to the desired positi-
on. Release the collar to secure in place.

3. Folding stroller

»Folding the travel system
Remove your child, and the car seat if attached.
Apply the brake, fully recline the seat and push the
hood back. Finally, ensure that the shopping bas-
ket is empty and front wheels are unlocked.
(24) Pull the circular release clips on the handle
bars upwards to enable you to begin folding the
pushchair.
(25) Place one hand on the handle at the back of
the backrest and the other on a handle bar.
(26) Pull the backrest handle whilst pushing the
handle bar. The pushchair will begin to fold.
(27) When the pushchair is partially folded, push
down gently on the armrests to ensure it is fully fol-
ded.
(28) Check the folding latch has clipped into
place.
(29) When the folding latch is in place, you can
carry the folded pushchair using the handle on the
side.
