EINLEITUNG

Schellenkupplung

Alle Hauptteile des Filtersystems werden mit Schellenkupplungen verbunden.

Schellenkupplungen werden wie folgt installiert:

a. Schieben Sie die Gummidichtung
auf das Ende eines der anzu-
schließenden Rohre. Um die
Montage zu erleichtern, tragen
Sie ein Schmiermittel oder
Flüssigseife auf die Gummi-
dichtung auf.
b. Platzieren Sie das Ende des
anderen zu verbindenden Rohrs
so, dass es das Ende des ersten
Rohrs berührt.
Schieben Sie die Gummidichtung
über das Ende des zweiten Rohrs.
Die Gummidichtung sollte das
Ende beider Rohre gleichmäßig
abdecken und die Nut jedes Rohrs
freilassen.
c. Platzieren Sie die beiden Schellen
um die Gummidichtung. Stellen
Sie sicher, dass die Ränder der
Klemmen in die Nuten rund um
beide Rohre eingesetzt sind.
d. Setzen Sie die Schrauben und
Muttern ein und ziehen Sie sie
handfest an.
e. Wenn alle Teile richtig positioniert
und ausgerichtet sind, ziehen Sie
die beiden Muttern abwechselnd
fest, bis die Kupplung gleichmäßig
um beide Rohre fixiert ist.
