USB wireless transmitter instructions
Power on: plug in the transmitter to the computer, and it turns on automatically
Power off: unplug the wireless transmitter
Pairing mode: press and hold the button on the transmitter for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The blue light
flashes quickly and the headset can be connected.
Disconnect: short press the button on the transmitter to deactivate the connection. The light indicator stays
red while disconnected.
Clear connection: press and hold the button on the transmitter for 8 seconds.
The light indicator stays red and blue while all connections are cleared.

WARNINGS AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Always charge the headphones with a 5V/1A or 5V/2A charger. Higher voltage may damage the headphones.
• Fully charge the headphones after they've been unused for 3 months. If you
don't intend to use them for a long period of time, charge it every 3 months to protect the battery.
• Use the headphones in normal temperature and humidity conditions. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight
for extended periods of time.
• Do not submerge the headset in water, always keep dry; keep away from fire and other hot objects.
• Disassembling electronic parts or performing repairs should only be performed by qualified personnel. If you
experience any trouble with the product, please contact us.

Q: The headset does not work
A: Carry out the following verifications:
1. Check that the battery is charged
2. Check that the headset is correctly paired with the USB receiver (blue light). If not, reset the
connection and pair again.
3. Check that the correct playback device is selected on your computer/console, and that the volume
level in the settings screen is adequate
Q: The microphone does not work
A: Carry out the following verifications:
1. Check that the removable microphone is correctly plugged and not muted via the mute microphone
button
2. Check that the correct recording device is selected on your computer/console, and that the
microphone volume level in the settings screen is adequate.
3. Check the voice activation settings in your recording software (push-to-talk or voice activation), and
verify that it is properly set up.
