4.3
Function
The Sensor head heat alarm AHD can only be operated in conjunction with
the wireless mounting base ASD 10.
The product detects:
•
Rapidly increasing temperatures
•
An absolute temperature in excess of 58 °C
The product is equipped with a solar cell for power supply. If the product is
used in dark environments, use an optional battery (refer to "Technical spec-
ifications"). The sensor head heat detector AHD is battery-operated and has
a service life of approximately 10 years. A low battery condition is indicated
by visual and audible signals. The product detects the formation of heat and
warns by means of a loud, audible signals (approx. 85 dB).
The product transmits the following information via EnOcean® wireless:
•
State alarm/no alarm (cyclically)
•
State transition (immediately)
•
Ambient temperature (cyclically)
Each product has a unique ID. If multiple products are used, the recipient can
distinguish them based on this ID.
