Hardware Installation
Note:
Make sure your mainboard has a half size Mini PCIe port with PCIe interface.
1.
Turn off your PC and unplug the power cord.
2.
Open the housing.
3.
Connect the connecting cables to the module and to the bracket.
4.
Insert the module into a free Mini PCIe half size slot and screw the module.
(different motherboards may have different fixing options)
5.
Remove the slot holder from the available slot.
6.
Insert the slot bracket straight and carefully into the free slot.
7.
Use a screw to attach it to the housing.
8.
Reattach the housing and connect the power cord to the AC adapter.
Driver Installation
1.
Switch on your computer.
2.
Put the driver CD in the CD ROM drive.
3.
Navigate to the appropriate folder of your operating system under CD-drive\
Realtek\RTL8111 and choose "Setup.exe".
4.
Follow the instructions of the driver installation.
5.
Restart your system after the installation.
6.
After restart you can start using the device immediately.
