CONVECTION FUNCTION
1) Position the convection/roaster switch in the convection position and the ventilator will start to
move the air inside the oven.
OVEN FUNCTION
1) Place the mesh or oven tray in the desired position.
2) Introduce the recipient with the food to be cooked on to the mesh or the food directly into the
tray.
3) Turn the timer to select the desired time.
4) Position the grill heating switch so the lower and upper resistances come on together, depending
on what you want to cook.
5) Turn the temperature switch to the desired temperature.
6) When you finish, remove the tray or mesh using the handle supplied and leave the oven door
half-open to cool the oven.
MULTIFUNCTION
All the heating and convection/roaster functions can be used individually or together.

CLEANING / MAINTENANCE

1- Never use any chemical or abrasive products. Do not use a brush or any other type of utensils
which could damage the different parts and surface of the slicer.
2- Use a damp cloth with detergent to clean the machine and then dry it. Make sure to clean the
machine completely every day.
3- ATTENTION: Do not put the machine directly into any container with water in it. This machine
is not waterproof.
4- If the apparatus is not maintained in a good state of cleanliness, its surface could be degraded
and affect the lifespan of the apparatus and lead to a dangerous situation.
5- For easy cleaning of the cavity walls, half lemon put in a container, add 300 ml. water and set
heat on high for 10 minutes. Then, wipe the microwave with a soft and dry cloth.
