4. ASSEMBLY
4.1. Connection to the power supply
The appliance must be connected to an electrical outlet by means of a plug. The electrical outlet should be earthed and equip-
ped with a differential current protection device.
4.2. Positioning of the appliance
The appliance should be placed on a level and stable surface.
Water outlet
The water drain must be below the outlet opening
5. OPERATION OF THE APPLIANCE
• Unpack the appliance from the cupboard packaging, then remove from the inside of the ice cube maker: ice shovel, water
supply pipe and drain pipe.
• Place the ice cube maker in a well ventilated area, leaving at least 150 mm of free space between the appliance and walls, other
appliances, etc. The ice cube maker must be level and must be placed away from heat sources (e.g. fryers, cookers, ovens, etc.).
• Connect one end of a flexible plastic pipe (Ø 12mm) to the water outlet on the appliance. The other end of the pipe should be
connected to the stationary sewage system pipe or a waste water container.
• Connect the water supply hose Ø ¾(attached to the appliance) to the drinking water supply and connect the other end of the
hose to the water inlet at the rear of the appliance. While connecting the hose, use the gaskets supplied with the appliance
to prevent leaks.
• Connect the power cord to the wall socket, then press the ON / OFF switch on the ice cube maker to start it, the indicator will
illuminate. The ice cube maker will start working.
• The ice cube maker's operation is fully automatic until the ice container is emptied. Dosage of water - ice production - ice
storage.
• If the ice container is full, the Ice container full indicator (Ice Full) will illuminate and the appliance will automatically stop
producing ice.
• Empty the container.
• In case of interruption or limitation of water supply, the Low water indicator will illuminate. The appliance will automatically
stop the production of ice. When the water supply is restored, wait for at least 5 minutes and restart the appliance.
• For water with hardness of more than 6 ° H in German degrees, the manufacturer recommends to use a water softener.
