Heating water

CAUTION
Risk of scalding!
If the water tank is overfi lled,
hot water can spurt out dur-
ing boiling.
■ Do not fi ll the water tank
above the MAX mark.
■ Do not open the lid during
operation.
Risk of burns!
The water tank becomes hot
during use!
■ Only hold the water tank by
its handle.
1. Insert the mains plug (5) into a
properly installed socket.
2. Depress the lid opener (3) to
open the lid.

3. Fill the water tank with fresh,
cold tap water (min. 0.5 to max
1.7 litres, 1.7 l for first use.
4. Push the lid (2) closed until
you clearly hear it click into
place.
