Congratulations on your purchase of Revoflex Xtreme®. By using Revoflex
Xtreme®, you will be able to shape your body, as well as develop and define
your lower, middle, upper and oblique abdominal muscles, arms, shoulders,
back, chest, legs and glutes.
Unpack the product. It is made up of a base and 2 handles (3) with wheels
joined by elastic bands (2).
With Revoflex Xtreme®, you can do up to 44 different exercises, which are
described in the Visual Exercise Guide.
Once you have chosen the exercise from the guide, select the resistance
level you want for the exercise. You can choose from levels 1 to 6.
On the back part of the base (1) there are 5 pins (4). You can reduce the
length of the elastic bands (2) by wrapping them around the pins as shown
in Photo A. The shorter the elastic bands (2), the greater the resistance and
difficulty of the exercise.
Once you have chosen the desired resistance level, the figures in the Visual
Exercise Guide will show you the sequence of the exercise. Notice the starting
and ending position of the body for perfect performance.
We recommend starting with series of from 5 to 10 repetitions and increasing
the number of repetitions per series and the number of series based on your
physical condition.
If you notice that the level of the exercise is too difficult for you, reduce the
number of repetitions per series or do an exercise with a lower resistance
level.
Notes: The handles are attached to wheels so you can slide along the floor
when doing the exercises that require such movement.
For the exercises in which the base sits on the floor, always make sure it is
held in place by a part of your body. Your weight on the base will keep it in
place on the floor. Be aware of this when doing the exercises.
The safety level of the equipment can be maintained only if it is examined
regularly for damage and wear.
If any component is broken, replace it immediately and/or keep the equipment
out of use until repair.
The field of application is indoor use. The free area of use shall be not less
than 0,6 m.

This product is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects subject
to the time periods stipulated by the legislation in force in each country.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from inadequate use,
negligent commercial use, abnormal wear and tear, accidents or improper
handling.
